SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 5-7 business days - FREE
- Express Shipping (UPS Next Day): 1 business day - $4.95
We offer free standard shipping on all orders!
Shipping Locations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's delivery status.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at support@vyqera.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
