Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Vyqera, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your initial Vyqera bundle, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused or lightly used condition. To start a return, contact us at support@vyqera.com.

Automated Refill Subscriptions

To ensure your oral care routine remains consistent, our bundles include an automated refill subscription for consumables (Tongue Scrapers, Whitening Strips, and/or Toothpaste).

Billing Cycle: By purchasing a bundle, you authorize Vyqera to charge your saved payment method for subsequent refills every 30 days at the price disclosed at checkout ($19.99 or $49.99 depending on the tier).
First Renewal: Your first refill is included free with your bundle. Your first paid renewal charge will occur approximately 30 days after your initial purchase.
Cancellation: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the Subscription Portal in the Manage Subscriptions link or by emailing support@vyqera.com.
Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Refunds on Renewals: Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated. If you forgot to cancel, please contact us immediately before the item ships.
24-Hour Notice: We send a courtesy email 24 hours before every billing cycle. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our emails (support@vyqera.com) are not marked as spam.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vyqera.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, heavily used products, open toothpaste/strips, or items with missing components cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.
